The York Catholic District School Board has a primary responsibility and goal to ensure a safe learning environment for all of our students and staff in our school community.
As part of our safety initiative, along with all other schools in the York Catholic District School Board, we will be practicing a variety of safety procedures with students and staff.
The Catholic Faith Community of Notre Dame will once again be partnering with the Newmarket Food Bank to assist families in need during this season of gratitude for all of God’s blessings. We will be participating in a Thanksgiving Food Drive during the week of September 30th – October 6th.

On Friday, September 30th, 2022, students and staff from across the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) will commemorate Orange Shirt Day. Staff and students are encouraged to wear orange to acknowledge the impact of the residential school system, raise awareness and honour Indigenous communities, to promote reconciliation.
