Halloween Dance-A-Thon

Save the Date!Emoji The Notre Dame Halloween Dance-A-Thon will take place on Monday, October 31st!

The Catholic School Council Fundraising committee, students and teachers are getting ready for our Halloween Dance-A-Thon on Monday, October 31st. Students are encouraged to dress up in costume and participate, whether they take part in the fundraising or not.

We are asking that parents/guardians support this event by encouraging their children to get as many sponsors as possible to help us achieve our goal of raising $15,000.

Our goal is to have FUN while raising funds to support various school initiatives which may or may not include, and are not limited to:
– Indoor winter/spring activities: ex. Drumfit, Pound, Rocks & Rings
– Scientist in the School classroom visits
– School spirit events: Pancake Tuesday, Family Skate Night, Student Appreciation Day
– Catholicity and Faith Development
– Grade 8 Graduation
– School yard improvements
– Anti-bullying presentations and author visits
– Literacy and numeracy programs
– Technology and resources for classrooms
