Principal’s End of Year Message

Dear Parents/Guardians,

I trust everyone is enjoying the beautiful day! Well, we made it! This is the last day and a half of our 2022-2023 school year!

The Notre Dame Catholic Faith Community comprised of students, parents and staff demonstrated positivity as we put Covid 19 in the rear view mirror and things returned to normalcy! As a result, we were able to make great things happen. This speaks volumes to the spirit, dedication and expertise of everyone involved. Notre Dame is truly a special place filled with talented and gifted people!

This year showed me the caring and devoted NDE staff addressing the needs of their students. We witnessed supportive parents, working hand in hand with school personnel to ensure student success. It was great to work collaboratively with our St. John Chrysostom parish, which has been a great partner in the faith development of our children. A special thank you to Fr. Rafal, he will be dearly missed!

I would like to personally thank all students, parents, staff, Catholic School Council and the Parish for all you have done to make this school year an enjoyable one!

We wish all Students, Grade 8 Graduates and Staff who are leaving NDE the absolute best, as they move on to their new schools! We look forward to welcoming back our student’s smiling faces on September 5th!

We wish you a safe, relaxing and enjoyable summer!! Congratulations to all on a successful year, and God Bless.

Just a friendly reminder bussing will be running tomorrow morning only, for pick-up and dismissal at 11:15. Thank you.

Yours in Catholic Education,

T. Wilkinson
